you a warning e-mail when you are close to exceeding your
mailbox quota. Shortly after that, mail delivery to your account
will be stopped and all incoming mail will be returned to
the sender(s).

Ans :
If you have forgotten your password you
can retrieve it using our Retrieving tool. This tool will
ask you to provide answer to the question that you have specified
at the time of registration to verify that you are the true
owner of your account. Your password will be displayed to
you if all your information is correct.

If you have forgotten your Retrieval answer, please send your
registered information to postmaster@thai.com. After Thai.com
Mail has verified your information, we will send you password
to the other e-mail you have specified.

No. You cannot change your sign-in username. If
you want to use a new username, please register a new account

1. Click 'Tool' on the menu bar then choose 'Internet Options'
2. Click the 'Content' Tab, and choose 'AutoComplete'
3. De-select the check mark in front of 'Forms' and 'Usernames
and password'
4. Click 'Clear Forms' and 'Clear Passwords' to delete all
the information that Internet Explorer has saved.
5. Then click OK.
